Juventus, Milan, Newcastle: Christian Pulisic transfer destinations as Chelsea star contin

It’s been a rough year or so for Christian Pulisic, at least on the club level.

Brought in to be one of the shining stars of Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea attack in 2019, Pulisic now finds himself fighting for his place under a third Blues manager.

Graham Potter is the man in charge these days and, if early indications are anything to go by, his stance on Pulisic is the same as his predecessors. Like Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel before him, it doesn’t seem that Potter sees Pulisic as the guy.

Now, it’s a bit early to make that call, given the fact that Potter has managed just two games. But, in those two games, Pulisic has played just six minutes, although he did assist Conor Gallagher’s winner against Crystal Palace.

Either way, the lack of game time continues a concerning trend. In 2022, Pulisic has started just 14 of a possible 43 matches for Chelsea in all competitions.

That, naturally, has led to transfer rumors, with plenty of big clubs seemingly interested in Pulisic’s services.

But who are they, and would a move make sense? GOAL takes a look.
